Eighty9 No. 25 Christmas Blend
Our Christmas blend is back and this year it is quite special indeed. A blend of our No.1866 project H.E.L.P. coffee from Santa Barbara in Honduras and a brand new coffee from Peru. No. 1911 from Pedro Garcia Diaz in San Jose del Alto is a mix of Bourbon, Pache and Caturra varietals grown at 1700masl and has a cup score of 85.75. The cup profile of the soft acidity and grapefruit of Santa Barbara combined with the floral explosion and complexity of Pedro Garcia Diaz make for a delicious Christmas treat.
