La Bolsa sits between two mountains which provides a very stable, humid micro climate. This combined with the rich limestone soil gives the coffee a very unique profile. As a result the coffee has a rich syrupy body, and plenty of malic and citric acidity. This particular bean mix is caturra and bourbon. It was naturally processed on patios in the sun for 20 to 25 days. Finca La Bolsa is RFA certified & follows CAFE practice guidelines.
Why No. 22? – That the number of languages spoken in the country. Thats a lot of languages for sure.
